The Swedish packaging company Papyrus is expanding its business in Norway with the signing of an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Arto Emballasje AS. The company, which specialises in the wholesale of industrial supplies and packaging, will become part of the Papyrus Supplies business area.

The acquisition of Arto Emballasje is fully in line with this strategy. We are very proud to have acquired such a highly professional packaging supplier in Norway,’’ says Kjell-Ove Jonsson, Senior Vice President at Papyrus Supplies.

Closing of the transaction is expected in February, subject to completion of certain conditions and approval by Norwegian regulatory authorities.
